Soap Tarts!!!!!! Aren't they cute. I stayed up late making these. Lots of prep work, but they are so cute.
They smell like strawberry! I think that the little ones are going to enjoy these.

I love these! I want some in my bathroom. They almost look to pretty to bathe with.
